Somatic breathwork is perfect if you're looking for:

  • Stress relief and relaxation

  • Letting go of stuck emotions and processing trauma

  • Improved energy, vitality, and strengthening the immune system

  • Greater connection with yourself, finding inner peace and clarity

What to bring:

  • Anything you need to be comfortable laying down, such as blankets/pillows.

  • Water

  • Yoga mat

  • There will be extra yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets available.

About Peter: I'm a certified Somatic Breathwork practitioner, yoga teacher, and Wim Hof instructor. I like to bring in multiple different perspectives when I teach. My style is to meet you where you are at, allowing space for whatever you need in the moment!
